This complaint is about my online furniture buy from https://www.furny.in .
Last year I raised the complaint on the website Iamcheated.com regarding my bad experience with Fury product (Complaint reference no. IMC********* and link: https://iamcheated.indianmoney.com/complaints/imc********* ), Few days back company realised that my complaint is creating negative marketing for their company and asked me to take my complaint back with the commitment of reimbursement of the loss. Furny employee Mr. Deepak and Mr. Ashish Gawad insisted me to mark the complaint resolved before initiating the refund. Even after doing best in my capacity as a customer I have not received any compensation.
I am attaching the documents for reference and would like to warn other consumers to beware of this company service, product quality, customer support and commitments.
I wish nobody else fall in the trap of these liars. Thankfully I have recorded all calls and saved all conversations and looking for legal expert assistance.
