For the last ** days, Airtel and staff have mishandled my case of broadband installation and caused a lot of mental trauma to me. I have been given false promises every day by Airtel and staff that they will install a broadband connection at my address. I was told in every call that the installation will be done by evening every time an airtel staff talked to me, but it never got installed.
Airtel has today officially declined the service after ** days of mental torture, harassment, and daily false commitments! They called me a number of times every day to give a false promise and this way kept me waiting for ** days and in the end, they said the service cannot be provided.
They neither refunded my hard-earned money for June and July's advance payments that I did earlier nor gave me a resolution and they never even let me move on to some other service provider when I asked them. I faced a lot of personal issues due to this behavior by Airtel. I couldn't do office work and faced many personal problems that I cannot even describe in words. Airtel caused me trouble for a half a month where I couldn't do really important work in this critical COVID-** time.
They didn't even refund me my advance paid amount. I have lost my hope from Airtel. Please help me get justice for this irresponsible behavior by Airtel which doesn't care for human emotional values and time...
