Iam B.Krishna parent of B. Yashwanth ram kumar from Visakhapatnam,Andhra Pradesh.
I have purchased a product for my child, B.Yashwanth Ram Kumar from byjus (for class *th to **th) on **/**/**** with reference through P.V.S.Sagar(Emp.Id:********).The overall cost of my product is Rs.*****/-.
Out of Rs.**,***/- we paid Rs.**,***/- through Bajaj EMI card and for the remaining Rs.**,***/- we decided to pay through loan.The whole documentation process for our loan has been done by our executive P.V.S.Sagar.He applied for loan in "Capital Float ",and the plan was to pay Rs.*,***/- per month for * months.
We have recieved a call from Capital Float stating that "two loans have been created each of Rs.**,***/-(Loan Nos.a/c VIS**E********* and a/c VIS**E*********).This problem is often informed to Mr.Sagar. In the month of March It was said by our executive P.V.S.Sagar that it was a technical error by Capital Float and the two loans have been cancelled. On **th July we have recieved a call from Karur Vysya Bank stating that your account is overdue of Rs.-**,***/- due to multiple ECS by Capital Float .Then we came to know that the loans which were created earlier in Capital Float were not cancelled and are still running.Because of this our CIBIL Score was damaged.We informed this problem to our nearest Byjus management(Visakhapatnam).But our problem was not fully solved.
Again our executive applied for a new loan in IIFL(Loan Id:SL*******, Rs.****/- per month for ** months) for the remaining Rs.**,***/-.The EMI'S started from May.The problem is that we have already paid three EMI'S till date but they are also issuing ECS.Iam very much stressed mentally in this regard.Me and my wife tried a lot to solve the issue.went to byjus office several times and brought to customer care centre also.Till now I didn't get any information from your end.
