It was my *st visit on **.**.**** to this resort which I had booked from Kolkata with Mr Sandip Ray(Owner of the Resort). He told about the tariff as well as the food package which was Rs. ***/- per head per day which is very high in turn I agreed and asked him if I don't afford the meal due to any reason, he said it will be deducted accordingly. * day I had not taken * meals and evening snacks and even informed to the manager and staff also. No one even told me that it will be fully chargeable if you don't. In last day while I was checking out the manager told me you have to pay the full bill for food. I called up at least **-** times. The owner Mr Sandip Ray didn't pick up the phone, avoided me so many times then at last his behaviour was very bad and did not consider even did not admit what he told me at the time of booking simply denied. A very worst people he is I will never suggest anyone afford that resort. The manager and the Owner both are cheaters. Misguiding people to attract *st then exploit, even charging gst but no gst bill providing. Worst experience never chooses that resort. Rooms once given will be cleared. When you will check out no service whatever you need you to have to go there, no service. They have cheated with me and I lost at least Rs.****/- extra paid.
