Yesterday I went to dominos in Pragathi Nagar, Kukatpally. I ordered a pizza for takeaway. They charged Rs.** for the carry bag. I told them this is illegal but they were not in a position to agree. They told me that they didn't get any approval. This has happened to many people when I am there. Almost *** people bought the carry bags as there is no other option. For each carry bag, they are charging Rs. **. Please take appropriate action and resolve the problem. Attaching the bill which includes charges for the carry bag.
