Hello,
I took a Ola cab from T* Delhi airport to Maruti Kunj.
I booked Mini but they booked Sedan and charged as per Sedan (which I got to know after receiving invoice).
Cab was not ok driver as unable to change gears due to gear failure and I need to get down in between considering my safety. I got down at Islampur and took a new cab. But Ola charged me Rs*** and they estimated me Rs*** approx.
and again I paid from Isalmpur to Maruti Kunj Rs***.
Total distance from T* to Maruti kunj is **.*Km
Dropped at Islampur (with bags)>> T* to Islampur distnace is >> **.*km
From Islampur to Maruti Kunj distance is **.*km.
Tried to connect with Ola support on app many times but couldn't get any response. Tried to connect on number provided on google, that number was also wrong. After trying so many times, I connected with them today after selecting and trying different options on support and they say the request cant be taken as you have to raise it on same day. Executive was rude and they simply said no even though it was related to safety of a passenger.
Also, they are adding Haryana toll tax fee of Rs** but there is no toll in between.
Request to resolve this issue.
