Dear Sir,
I am writing to notify you about a
concerning issue regarding the recent booking of my vehicle with
Booking ID JPSNJ*A**.
According to our records, the vehicle was scheduled to be returned on
**th June '** at * A.M. Unfortunately, despite several follow-ups and
assurances, the vehicle was not returned on time as promised.
Through GPS tracking, we located the vehicle on **th June '** at noon.
Regrettably, upon inspection, it was found in a dismantled state with
several parts missing. Please find attached the details and pictures
for your reference:

Furthermore, I am writing to follow up on my previous correspondence
regarding the approval for repair costs at Shree Shyam Automobile
Garage.
Unfortunately, I received notification that my request has been
rejected due to the end checklist not being filled out. Despite my
best efforts, I encountered difficulties using the Zoom app, as the
option to fill out the checklist was not visible to me. In response, I
promptly shared all necessary information and pictures related to the
end checklist via ticket and email, and I have also raised this issue
with your Zoom customer care team.
It has now been ** days since my car was submitted for repairs, and
unfortunately, there has been no progress due to this issue.
Therefore, I kindly request urgent approval of the costs involved.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I would
greatly appreciate your prompt attention to resolve this matter
swiftly.
Additionally, I am writing to request confirmation regarding the
completion date of the repair for my car, which was submitted to Shree
Shyam Automobile Garage on June **th, ****, for damage repair and
parts replacement. Could you please confirm the date when my car was
ready for pickup after the repair and parts replacement?
I have been continually following up, but unfortunately, I have not
yet received any response from your side. Your attention to these
matters would be greatly appreciated.
It has been over a month since I submitted my car for damage repair and parts replacement at Shree Shyam Automobile Garage, as advised by Zoomcar. Despite following all procedures and providing the necessary documentation, I have yet to receive any positive response or update regarding the status of the repair.
We have been consistently following up with both Zoomcar and the garage. However, Shree Shyam Automobile Garage has informed us that they are still waiting for approval from Zoomcar before they can proceed. This ongoing delay is causing significant frustration and inconvenience.
I urgently request that you prioritize my case and provide an update on the status of the repair. Specifically, could you confirm the date when my car will be ready for pickup after the repair and parts replacement?
