Alliance Air emails about cancellation (attachment - "HYD-BLR Cancellation.pdf")
First I called Alliance Air who redirected me to my travel agent for refund
Called Smartbuy Goibibo/MMT support to initiate refund for my PNR D*BH**. The same can be verified through a call trace on your end.

Received cc on email from MMT Support to Alliance Air support to confirm if I'm eligible for refund
I didn't read the email properly as I assumed this was for my HYD-BLR trip. Turns out that the MMT executive raised the cancellation request for the return PNR XYLCW* and not just onward PNR (attachment - "Wrong Cancellation.pdf")

While checking in for my BLR-HYD flight I realised that my booking was cancelled wrongly.
Called Smartbuy Goibibo/MMT support again who assured me that they will send me an email and initiate a call trace. Since its my day of travel, they asked me to make another booking through Goibibo and send the invoice so that they can settle the difference.

Called Smartbuy Goibibo/MMT support again since I didn't receive any email where I could send the invoice from **nd September.
