- Cancelled booking and charged twice ^Open

Hi.
I booked a return flight on clear trip Goa - Bangalore for the **th of March to **th of March.

Once I made the booking, I got a confirmation from Cleartrip that my booking was confirmed. But my bank did not debit the amount of Rs. ****.

Then I got a message from Cleartrip stating my payment was unsuccessful.

So I attempted to book the same flight a second time. Again, I received a confirmation from Cleartrip, but the money was not deducted from my account again.

I received another message from Cleartrip saying payment was unsuccessful.

After about half hour, I received a message from my bank stating the amount was deducted by Cleartrip twice. Which is a total of Rs. ****.

So I tried calling Cleartrip customer support and spoke with Mr. Shabbir Shaikh. He was of no assistance and refused to let me speak with his manager. He asked me to wait for * hours if I wanted to speak to the manager.
He said he doesn't know if Cleartrip will refund. He was very rude and doesn't know how to speak with customers.

I need to know if my trip booking is confirmed and when I will get my money refunded.
