Ordered Cake to be delivered on **th Nov for my Moms Birthday as surprise. The online tracking showed that cake was delivered, but after couple of days when I checked with my Mom, she told that no cake was delivered. Contacted their customer service, where I have to wait for * hrs for a reply and had to give up as customer service stopped responding.
