This is in reference to your query under booking reference number *************
We would like to inform you that as we have received the information from the vendor that passenger were travel together * adults and * child (* & * Yrs)
and their team told them we can allow a car but if any RTO stopped and made challan for the vehicle while overloading as * adults + * driver allowed only in * str cab on that case passenger denied for the same so the passenger need to book the tempo traveler for your trip.
Moreover, the operator agrees to process **% refund.
Kindly share your confirmation, so that we can process this further.

Dear Priyanka, Yatra Team,
Thanks for reverting. I would like to inform you that the vendor(Getmecab) is lying and the attitude of their customer care executive was also terrible. I had only booked cab * str as we are * adults. The cab they are providing is not an * seater. I had a video call with the driver and he showed me the cab in the morning, it was a *+*(a * STR cab). Driver clearly told me that * adults cannot sit in his Cab and adjustments cannot be done on long journeys and that too on hill stations. I then told Getmecab executives over a conference call with the driver to arrange a different cab but they only have ertiga or innova(all *+* STR) which cannot accommodate * Adults. I also shared the * STR cab picture on whatsapp to an executive then he told me that no such cab is available in the market since ****.
Moreover, my journey got delayed by *-* hours due to this. I had somehow booked a different cab through another vendor and left Delhi after **:** am while I was supposed to leave at *:**am. My trip got spoiled due to this. As a human, you can surely understand my point. Why would I cancel the cab if I already had a hotel/resort booked at Destination.
Moreover, I only booked this outstation ride on the trust of Yatra brand, thinking these vendors were genuine ones. Their google reviews are also not good but i trusted yatra just because I thought a good brand is attached to it and will provide a good support to its customer. I would have never booked directly through them otherwise.
I want to make a point that if there was a slight mistake at my end, I would have never asked for a refund but in this matter all loss is mine.
Firstly, my cab got cancelled at the last moment. Then somehow i got a cab at the last moment that too costs me much higher due to availability.
Then my family trip got spoiled due to a delay in reaching the destination. One whole day was spoiled.
I would request you to please think on these points before making any judgements. I would like to request you to please process my complete payment made as an advance.
Note: These kinds of vendors will not do good to Yatra The Brand. Please look into this carefully.
