This is to inform you regarding the damage of our chimney glass during non-operational hours. I bought this cooker hood on *-Sep-**.
At around * pm on **-June-**, we enter our home and see that very small pieces of glass are shattered all over the kitchen floor.
I called up the dealer and customer care on **-June-** and they told that glass is not included in the warranty. I have registered complaint yesterday (complaint no ALL**********) but until nobody has even come for an inspection.
You are requested to help me in this to replace this glass under warranty as this is a manufacturing defect.
