Sir,
I Purchased a phone from realme On EMI on **.**.**** .Now Due to covid ** & as per govt orders we are staying in home.In this situation Realme Released a new software update and I got the update on **.**.**** on my Realme X* worth Rs **,*** .After The Update My Phone Restart and crashes ,Meanwhile there is no Operating System In My Phone .I can't make a phone call from my **,*** rs phone now. Today I Requested Realme to help me out of this situation they are just igonore this serious problem by saying the lockdown issue .If The Software was not stable so Why they Rolling out to us and now why they refuse to Help me out from this I can't communicate in phone call to anybody after the update. My life is totally at the ending point without phone communication.
