We started our club Mahindra membership on **th May **** with a down payment of Rs *****. The sales manager at that time committed us certain additional benefits in written on the policy document.

It was all fine and we were making regular payments. But then we wanted to plan a holiday and book their resort. So in a *th month, we started to inquire about the startup kit that will include the membership card and all these promised vouchers. So that we can avail them during our stay with them since they have an expiry of one year. After a lot of telephonic conversations and false claims, they were not able to provide us with the kit or any of these vouchers. Due to this lackadaisical attitude, we could not book their resort and had to stay outside in a hotel where club Mahindra resort was available and had to unnecessarily bear the expenses for both lodging and food, which otherwise would have been covered under the club Mahindra resorts membership.
After this bad experience, we started with formal communication through emails. There have been a total of six emails and countless telephonic conversations done by us to reach out to club Mahindra and get our grievances handled. But they were not able to help us even with what they have promised us, in the beginning, let alone handling our grievances or compensation whatsoever. There has been a breach of contract from the there side by not fulfilling the promises made in writing and not providing us with basic services like delivery of start-up kit on time.
It has been a turmoil because of financial and mental agony that as a customer we had to go through to get what is rightfully ours. Therefore, we do not wish to continue our membership and want our money in full to be refunded back to us.
