Hello,
Subject: Urgent: Defective Laptop Purchase and Poor Customer Service
To the Customer Service Team / Authorised seller,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent purchase from Microport, an authorized HP dealer on SP Road. The laptop I bought has a** battery backup that is unacceptably low, and despite registering a complaint with HP, I have received no response or resolution.

The battery backup is extremely poor, and I am facing significant inconvenience. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and performance from a reputable brand like HP. Moreover, I am shocked that Microport, an authorized dealer, would sell such a defective product.
I request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. I expect:
*. A replacement laptop with a satisfactory battery backup
*. A written assurance that the new laptop is free from defects
*. Compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused
If I do not receive a response within the next ** hours, I will be forced to take further action, including posting negative reviews and seeking legal recourse.
