Purchased a pair of women footwear from Bata on **/**/**** and they charged me ** Rs for a paper bag carrying Bata advertisement . The sandals are not even packed in a box .
This is at Film Nagar Bata branch at Hyderabad . My invoice is ***. (*** plus ** Rs ) . The AC is turned off in the showroom and when asked they told they are cleaning the room. The salesman got another couple to cut the line and I reminded them that I am the one next to be billed. Rude and unfriendly service
