Hello,
I have hired the interior designer on *th June ****. By **th June ****, I had paid a **% amount to start interior design work. But I did not find any progress on this so I decided to go for some other interior designer. But due to the home lane policy to not refund **% amount and after discussion with Aejaz, I agreed to do a TV unit and rock in the chair on **th July ****.
For a simple TV unit also it took almost * months to finalize design due to various reasons. Now after the final design, they have sent for production but I was concerned about ** days from the date when it will be going for production and did not approve the worker contract and asked home lane to change as it is only one TV unit, not the whole house. They told us that it is a generic contract, we can not change per customer, but you just write a mail that is not applicable for you we will send mail-in written. I got mail confirmation that they will complete installation by **th Oct ****. During the final design, it was not mentioned for shifting one electrical point as I have asked the designer not to shift and provide space to operate. That is the reason, the designer did not mention anywhere, but when they install, they have asked an electrician to remove the switch and paste the box. During my inquiry they told us that due to dust we are proposing this change and it is small one don't make it an issue.
Also after I followed up many times, they came for installation after * days of delivery and that takes almost ** days and I did not get final HO signoff. They have not sent me rock in the chair as it is out of scope for them because of the urban ladder is the third party so ** days will not apply to them.
Because of them, I could not complete my interior on time which was planned to be completed by ** Oct ****. I have paid lots of money to the store and my new items are in the warehouse and I paid an electrician for shifting switch, he was waiting for them for more than * days. I had to pay him for the full day. I am following the homeland to complete the job and they are not responding me.
