Hello Team , I am very disappointed with this service. I have few issues which have been not been resolved yet. Here they are :-

*. My Office laptop not getting connected to Hathway Wifi. Everything is fine with lappie but your internet connection fails. It has hampered my work alot as I am working from Home. I have attached images for your reference so please have a look at it.

*. The Cust Care Support Guys don't talk nicely and cut the call without me completing my talk. This has been **-** times. THIS IS REALLY VERY FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING. I don't recall their names. And I had to keep repeating myself again and again and there's no resolution at the end of it. I don't any calls from you for solution. In this very first week , you people have caused me lot of stress and trouble.

*.I requested a *** times for change in my email id - rishabhchakravarty*@gmail.com , have put the image. And I need the invoice on it with correct details.

*. Your Sales Guy - Pawar for my area doesn't answer my calls or messages at all. What's this ? Before subscription , you people run behind customers. And once you get the money , you don't care about us? What kind of Service is this ? No proper support to custs. He told that we will get a contact no for the technical person who will come home and assist but nothing happened.

Please check this matter on high priority and I need a communication for your end on immediate basis. If I don't get a response , I will cancel this service and WANT MY MONEY BACK. Please take the desired action and get this problem fixed ASAP !!
