As part of their pollution free diwali campaign, they offered to give free plants if one can get to sign other people.I took part in the campaign and was eligible for * ’free plants' where I had to pay ***rs as shipping charge- jade plant and syngonium. Where the jade plant was okay, but the syngonium I received was in a pathetic conditions with melting stems and no leaves. Also the *** I payed they offered that money back as gift voucher where i have to buy again from their website with additional shipping charge. I mailed to their customer service ( care@nurserylive.com) immediately after receiving the products from two different gmail account but they haven't answered anything yet. Very dissatisfied with nurserylive
