Dear Sir,
I’m writing to you after several failed attempts made by me to get my money back from AirAsia. This has nothing to do with Covid-** refund cases. I booked my return tickets from Bangalore to Delhi in the month of February. PNR number was genarated L*QW*D. And within few mins my tickets were cancelled saying payment nor received. I called their customer service several times and during *st week of March they confirmed that they have received the amount and gave me an option of confirmed tickets or refund. I had already booked my tickets through different airlines by then because this is the second such instance happened with me with Airasia, I didn’t want to take a chance, so I opted for refund. I was told that refund amount of Rs. **** will be credited to my account within * working days (case number ******** and before solving this case was closed)and I received this email on *th of March ****. Untill ** th March I waited ,nothing happened so I emailed them and they responded saying they are working on it. When they have received my money, they haven’t issued a tickets then why are they delaying in giving my money back to me????
After Covid-** outbreak, I waited patently untill airlines services resumed. I’ve been sending them emails and they don’t has a courtesy to respond back. Looks like they have also deactivated their customer care numbers hence lines are always busy.
Need your intervention with regard to this and help me get my hard earned money.
