I bought Airtel Xtream DTH in May ****. The DTH ID is **********. My mobile number was registered with this ID was +** **********. Since I bough this, there are multiple issues with this connection.
*. The DTH ID registered mobile number changes automatically to a random number
*. The DTH ID owner name changes automatically
*. The DTH ID address changes automatically
*. My monthly package changing automatically
*. The DTH ID is removed from my Airtel mobile app automatically
*. The connection gets suspended, even though the sufficient balance is available
Every time when this happens, I had to call airtel customer care and they change it from there and I continue to use the service. This has been happening multiple times since last * years and I am suffering due to this. I have escalated this by calling customer care and writing in the email, but no action taken.
• On **/**/**** – My connection again stopped working (It had balanced amount = Rs. ****.**)
• On **/**/****, I recharged the ID ********** with additional Rs. ****. (Payment reference - BIL/ONL/************/Bharti Air/************-**).
• Called customer care and sent multiple email to them, but account still not activated.
• On **/**/****, I got call from Airtel DTH employee “Abhishek Kumar”. His mobile number was +** ***** ***** and email id - abhishekkumarsinghdth@gmail.com
• He said that he is working to fix the issue of my DTH connection. I showed him all SMS which clearly states how my ID was automatically changing without my intervention.
• He said that my ID is suspended so recharge is not happening to this account. He told me that he will recharge from his side and asked me to transfer the recharge amount to him. The amount was Rs. ****. This is on date **/**/****. (Gpay – UPI transaction ID – ************)
• After this, he activated my connection from backend. However he said that there is some technical issue with this ID so airtel team is working on fixing this at the backend.
• The account was activated but the changes were still happening, and no solution was provided. I sent multiple email but no solution was given.
• On */**/****, again the account got suspended, and I was unable to view channels.
• Again The airtel engineer Abhishek asked me to pay Rs. **** so that he can activate by recharging. He said he has escalated this to airtel and they will be refunding the amount to my account which I have already paid.
• I paid Rs **** on **/**/**** (Gpay transation id – ************ )
• He said my one-year package is activated which is valid till ** July ****.
• The account was activated for some time and again, got disconnected in November ****. Also RTN got changed. The error message is same “insufficient balance”
• Called customer care but no solution.
• On **/**/****, I recharged with Rs ****. (UPI/************/UPI Transaction/airtel**.payu@i/ICICIBank/PPPL***********************/)
• Even after recharging, account still not activated. So again called customer care and they changed the RTN and activated the account.
• Recently, * weeks back, again account got suspended and the balanced is still there.
• On **/**/****, I recharged with Rs. *** but it did not credit. (ref – ************)
• The account is still suspended and I m calling customer care almost everyday.

Even after multiple calls and emails, no strict action was taken by airtel DTH team on this. So far, I have paid (****+****+****+****+***) = Rs. ***** to Airtel DTH and my previous balance was Rs. ****.**. The total amount Airtel must refund me = Rs. **.***
I have been following up on my refund for so many months, but they are not returning it. As of today (**/**/****), Airtel has not refunded even a single rupees to me.
My connection ********** is not working at all and airtel is unable to fix the issue so far in the last * years. This is insult to the loyal customer and mental harassment from Airtel DTH team
I need full refund for the amount I paid + compensation for the harassment Airtel has done since last * years.
