Refund
I booked a return air ticket of INR **,*** & paid thru Net Banking on dated **th May **** but did not receive any PNR/ Ticket. When i called at their contact number ****-******* mentioned on website (www.travolook.in) they reply saying your ticket is cancelled due to operational reason & said the amount will be refunded in **-** days.
When Ticket was not booked & no PNR generated then how come Ticket stands cancelled later on ?? Also, which company takes ** days for refund now days ? It appears to be a fraud scam.
