I wanted to book an air ticket (from Delhi to Jodhpur, Rajasthan) with Agoda.com. But after filling complete details (including Bank) it declined to book Ticket. Later a mail of apology from Agoda.com was sent to me stating that "No booking has been made, and we apologize for any inconvenience." BUT DEDUCTED THE TICKET VALUE amount Rs ****.** Vide transaction id C******** on trans value Dated **/**/***.
This is a SERIOUS OFFENCE that first you declined from ticket booking but later deducted the Ticket amount without any reason Rs ****.**?
In this context, PLEASE REFUND IMMEDIATELY THE AFORESAID ticket AMOUNT Rs ****.** IN MY ACCOUNT immediately?
