I purchased Magic stick online. It isn't working at all, I wrote a mail it was assured that the matter will be resolved within ** working hours, unfortunately nothing has been done after lapse of this period. Also, contacting customer care through phone is the most disgusting and depressing process. The executives their don't help other than giving monotonous replies. I share my experience:
*. The first call was disconnected after putting me on hold for ** minutes
*. The second call went through and after a wait of ** minutes I was connected to Magic Stick section where executive started speaking PUNJABI to my great astonishment. Neither I have spoken Punjabi in my entire life nor I ever opted for this language.
*. During my third call, I was confronted that it is me who has changed the language to Punjabi, after my repeatedly telling that I haven't done so, the language was changed to Hindi and I was told that my call is being forwarded to Magic Stick section. Again, I waited for ** minutes and then the call was disconnected.
If this is the way their tele section is working than God only can help your customers and the fate of the Company in the end.
Hope that d*h resolve the issue by sending technical personnel at the earliest.
