Byjus - Cancellation of package

Hi, this app is useless and they are charging too much. I ahd mailed them long back for cancellation but no one has responded. I tried to get back to the sales person but he is out of reach now. I ahve even paid the first installment but since then i have stopped and asked them to take back the products but now they are balckmailing us to keep the product and pay the emis otherwise they will take legal actions. while resgistration also i told him that i would need some time but he forcefully took the signatures assuring that hell be in support and return the registration fees whenever we feel like. Please help because we are getting lot of trouble with their blackmaililg calls.
