On *th July'** I ordered a WACOM One CTL-*** *.*inch x *.*inch graphics tablet on Amazon by paying ****/-.
On **th July'** Amazon had send me a ***/- worth children's LCD tablet.
Since then I have been following up with Amazon but they are refusing to solve the issue. I have escalated in the Twitter. Amazon has told me they can only help in email. In email they say that they are waiting for an update. It has been ** days. They have no update on this fraud. They have never initiated to deliver me the right product not tried to refund me.
Please help me to get their attention and get the product that I paid for.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
