मैंने ** अगस्त, **** को जेट एयरवेज के टिकट रद्द कर दिए हैं और तब से रिफंड का इंतजार कर रहा हूं। यह मेरे लिए **** यूरो की एक बड़ी राशि है। मुझे मानक उत्तर दिया गया है "हम मामले को देख रहे हैं"। क्या कोई कार्यकारी जिम्मेदारी ले सकता है और इस शिकायत को नेहा गावदलकर या साइप्राना डीसूजा के पास भेज सकता है, जिन्होंने पहले ही मेरे बैंक विवरण और राजस्व लेखा टीम को मेल भेज दिए हैं। आवश्यक कदम उठाने का मेरा निवेदन है। मुझे उस पैसे की जरूरत है। कृपया इसमें मेरी सहायता करें!
