I made a order of *** on **.**.****. I placed order on right but due to some technical problem in app, the apl picked up wrong address. Aftrr sometimes i got a call from delivery boy that he would not deliver the order as the address is far. I requested to the delivery boy to talk to the swiggy executuve. Later i got a call from the swiggy executive and said that due to some technical problem in the app, the app picked up the wrong address. He assured me that they will deliver the order. After few minutes i again got a call from the delivery executive , he asked me my swiggy email id and password. I gave him all details. Later i got a mail that order has been deliver. However no order has been received by me.
Actully what happed that The swiggy executive changed the delivery address on app and made a false delivery. I called up the swiggy agent and explained whole issue. The agent accepted there mistake and replace the order and assured that i would get the order in ** mins, but till now neither i got order not got refund. The same problem also happed few months back.
Here the swiggy made * fraud:-
*- changed my delivery address on swiggy app and made a false delivery. This is tge serious isdue of data manupulation and data theft.
*- havent got any refund till now.
I wil provide the call recording if needed.
