I ordered food through Zomato. They accepted my order and in tracking it was showing that order is getting prepared and will be delivered by **:**. But the order hasn't been delivered and still, it's showing that order is getting prepared. On the chat support, no one is responding though it says that **** support. I was dependent on Zomato and haven't sought an alternative. Date of order: **/**/****
