I have been staying with NestAway for more than a year now. I got my agreement renewed on *st March **** with a monthly rent of ***** Rs. as mentioned in the agreement too.
Later on, after a few days along with rent amount, * more amount Titled 'Assure Maintainance Charges' was also added in the dashboard which I was totally unaware of as nothing is mentioned in the Agreement too. After constant follow-ups, raising the issue tickets again & again on the dashboard, tweeting, emailing, the issue still remains the same. It's already been months and haven't got any solution, apart from this NestAway is also adding *** Rs. fine per day as penalty.
Things have to be pre communicated before finalizing the agreement right, the amount is finalized then the agreement is documented but with NestAway I am feeling cheated. One cannot add any random charges as Mandatory / Auto Subscribed without prior information to the tenant. In one of the ticket raised they replied with - tenants were informed through the mail, i haven't received that mail too have been asking them to share that at least. Screenshot is attached for your reference.
They have been closing the issue tickets I have been raising all the time without any solution. It's mentally exhausting to go all over again and again for the same issue without getting a solution. Neither the property manager informed me, neither the agreement renewal person, nor I have received any mail.
Its not just me, this has happened with a lot of the tenants. Can you help me out in this situation and stop this unfair trade practice of NestAway.
