I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the indoor coverage and data availability of the Jio network.

I am a paying Jio customer, subscribed to a data plan that promises reliable internet access. However, the reality is far from this promise. I am facing frequent issues with indoor coverage, where the network signal drops significantly, rendering data usage practically impossible. This problem persists even in areas with strong outdoor network signals.

The only workaround I have found is to rely on Wi-Fi calling, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile data plan. I am essentially paying for a service that I cannot use in most indoor environments. This feels like a clear breach of promise on Jio's part.

The specific issues I am facing are:

Extremely weak or no signal indoors: This problem occurs not only in my home but also in other indoor locations like offices, restaurants, and public spaces.
Unreliable data connectivity: Even when a signal is present, data connectivity is often slow, unstable, and prone to disruptions.
Dependence on Wi-Fi calling: This is not a viable solution as it requires consistent access to Wi-Fi networks, which is not always possible.
This situation is causing me significant frustration and inconvenience:

Disruption to daily activities: I rely on mobile data for various tasks like communication, work, and entertainment. These disruptions hinder my productivity and cause unnecessary stress.
Unfair financial burden: I am paying for a service that I cannot fully utilize. This feels like a waste of money and a breach of trust.
Limited communication options: The lack of reliable data connectivity restricts my ability to stay connected with friends, family, and colleagues.
Therefore, I demand immediate action from Jio to address these issues:

Investigate the indoor coverage problems and implement solutions to improve signal strength and stability.
Ensure reliable data connectivity indoors on par with outdoor performance.
Offer compensation for the period during which I was unable to access the promised data services.
