- Filed TDR TDR No against PNR No which was repudiated reg Open
Ranjan Kumar Singh filed this complaint against CRIS on Sep 05, 2020
Resolution Demanded:
Damages
With reference to the subject cited above, it is to state that as per my knowledge/idea, I had tried everywhere for refund of my amount against TDR no.*************** (copy of enquired email are enclosed). I lost my faith to get the refund but, now I have decided to lodge my complaint to the concerned authorities till my complaint has not been resolved.
In this regard, the consolidated data of my journey are given in the following table:-
Sl No. Train no. PNR No. Date Source-Destination
* ***** ********** **.**.**** NDLS-PNBE * AC Travelled
* ***** ********** **.**.**** Gaya-BBS SL Not Travelled
* ***** ********** **.**.**** PNBE-BBS * AC (WL/**) Cancelled
* ***** ********** **.**.**** PNBE-BBS SL (WL/**)
Confirmed after charting done Travelled
*NDLS- New Delhi PNBE- Patna Gaya- Gaya Jn. BBS- Bhubaneswar
• I had booked a ticket PNR no.********** train no.-***** journey date:-**.**.**** from MZP-BBS of which boarding station was Gaya Jn. This train was very late and its estimated time to reach at Gaya Jn. was on **.**.**** about ** hours late (due to heavy fog this day) due to which I had filled TDR against PNR number ********** with reason “Train Late More Than three hours and Passenger Not travelled”.
However, the TDR filed against PNR number ********** with reason “Train Late More Than three hours and Passenger Not travelled” has been repudiated as per reservation chart.
As per NTES system, the details of scheduled arrival/departure and actual arrival departure of the said train i.e. train no.-***** on scheduled on **.**.**** at Gaya Jn. As under:-
Station Schedule arrival Actual Arrival
Gaya **.**.**** at **.** **.**.**** at *.**
BBS **.**.**** at **.** **.**.**** at **.**
• As, I was in train no.***** PNR no.********** and my next onward journey to BBS from Gaya Jn. I was continued searching the status of this train and both train i.e. train no.***** & ***** was running late due heavy fog. In this juncture, I had decided to cancel the above said ticket and book another ticket for Bhubaneswar.
• In this connection, I had booked a Tatkaal ticket from PNBE-BBS in * AC in train no.***** of which PNR no.-********** and which was cancelled by me due to higher waiting.
• Further, I had asked my brother to book a Tatkaal ticket from PNBE-BBS in SL in the same train and I got WL/** of which PNR no.**********. After charting I got the confirmed seat in SL class and I had travelled in this train.
• Hence, you are requested to confirm the following:-
Whether passenger has travelled or not against PNR No.- ********** Gaya-BBS.
Whether passenger has travelled or not against PNR No.- ********** PNBE-BBS.
If in both of cases the passenger has travelled kindly investigate the matter because one passenger cannot travel in two trains at the same time.
Hence, I sincerely table my heartiest prayer to benevolently peruse my above request and refund my amount of ticket along with interest @** % plus Rs.*****/- for physical/mental/financial harassment. Further, it is also requested that if your good office find my claim false or need any other proof related to this please ask the same through email I will provide you all the proofs related to this I have.
