Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phones and Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: Nature Of Grievance
*) Different Color product delivered
*) Old and Used phone delivered.
*) No Resolution or any kind of communication provided.
Observation with the product when received
*) The color of the device was in white, Whereas Venom Black was ordered.
*) The phone was not in New and Original packing.
A return request was immediately put on the Flipkart website through my account.
I Verified the authenticity of the device received by Tracking the IMEI number on the Lenovo website, Where I clearly found out that the phone was old.
:- The IMEI Number mentioned on the Flipkart invoice and the device box are the same. However, the Flipkart invoice mentions it as black, whereas the box clearly states it is a white gold color. ( Original Invoice and Box detail image enclosed )
Timeline of notifying Flipkart
**-sep-**** - Received the delivery & Raised a return request. (Flipkart mentioned calling me in ** hours)
**-Sep-**** - No call Received ( Was told to wait and promised a resolution by **-sep-****)
**-sep-**** - No call Received ( Was told to wait and promised a resolution by **-sep-****)
**-sep-**** - No call Received ( Mailed received to wait for one day saying they will get back by **-sep-****)
**-sep-**** - No Call Received ( was told to wait till the end of the day )
**-sep-**** - Told we will get back to you, and no resolution provided.
It occurred on **/**/****
Seeked solution - Replace the phone with an authentic and new phone which I ordered on a priority basis.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
