हाय टीम, मला **/**/**** रोजी रिटेलरकडून डाइकिन स्प्लिट एसी खरेदी करण्यात आली होती, तो दोषपूर्ण तुकडा मला पुरवला गेला आहे, दािकिनने बदल करण्याऐवजी ते बदलण्यापासून नकार दिल्यामुळे मला तक्रार करण्यासाठी वचन दिले आहे, मला तक्रार दाखल करावी लागेल आणि कारवाई करावी लागेल त्यावर मला परताव्याची आवश्यकता आहे कारण यापुढे ते विश्वासार्ह नसतात, येथे मी आपल्याला डेक्किन संघाद्वारे ईमेल चॅनल जोडत आहे.
