My Son Deepanshu Have Started Taking Coaching From Aakash Institute Dehradun Rajpur Road Branch On ** JULY **** .But He Decided To Discontinue From The Course Just After ** Days Due To Medical Issue(Injury In The Eye) And We Have Sent An Email To AAKASH INSTITUTE DEHRADUN Regarding The Same And The Response Was Received From Them That We Have Discontinued Deepanshu From The Course. My Course Was Financed By Propelled Loan Team(Avanse Financial Services) And They Had Given Me Loan Of Rs ***** In * EMI Out Of Which I Paid The FIRST EMI AMOUNT RS ****=** And Rs ***** SEPARATELY To The AAKASH INSTITUTE , TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY ME WAS RS *****. But Instead Of Reimbursement Of My Paid Amount , The Propelled Team Sent Me Regular Emails To Pay The Remaining EMI’S . I Have Emailed Them That My Son Has Discontinued From The Course But They Continuously Said That They Have Not Received Any Cancellation Request From Aakash Institute. Now After * Months They Have Sent Me Legal Notice To Pay Back The Remaining EMI’S Or Otherwise They Will Auto Debit From My Bank Account Or If We Will Not Pay Back The Amount They Will Charge Rs *** As Cheque Bounce Case And Other Bank Charges But We Have Not Given Even Any Cheque To Them, They Have Created Digital Cheque . They Are Now Threatening And Harassing Us To Pay Back Remaining Amount Which Is Creating Unnecessary Disturbance In My Family. Basically They Are Saying It Is The Company’s Policy That You Have To Pay Back The Remaining Amount , When We Have Not Availed The Services Provided By The Institute Then Why We Have To Pay The Remaining Amount. The Bank From Where This Agreement Was Signed By Us Related To Their Terms And Conditions, Now Has Been Informed To Temporarily Block My All Transactions So That They Can’t Auto Debit From My Account But It Is Fear In Our Mind Whenever We Unblock The Bank Account They May Deduct Immediately.

FINALLY ITS WHOLE RESPONSIBILY GOES TO AAKASH INSTITUTE RAJPUR BRANCH WHO HAVE NOT DISCONTINUED DEEPANSHU’S COURSE OR IF DISCONTINUED NOT TIMELY INTIMATED TO THE PROPELLED (AVANSE FINANCIAL SERVICES). TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD

THE COURSE WAS ENROLLED BY MR. PANKAJ PAINULY FROM BYJUS (**********) AND AFTER CALLING HIM SO MANY TIMES HE MISGUIDED US BY SAYING IGNORE THESE EMAILS AND MESSAGES.
