My flight was cancelled just day before the journey . Airlines refunded entire amount to travel agent Yatra but they did not provided complete refund and deduct *** saying as convenience fees . Now why shall I pay convenience fees for the services I haven’t used . Why shall I bear a penny loss if the flight was cancelled by airlines
