Heard both the sides. Perused the record. On 19/01/2018 the complainant Subash Ch. Sahu has filed a memo to drop this case as withdrawn on the ground that he does not want to proceed with the case any more as the matter has been settled between him and the Opp. parties. The other side has received the copy without objection. Since the complainant wants to withdraw his case and the Opp. parties has no objection to it, the prayer of the complainant is allowed. The case is dropped as withdrawn. Misc Case No-24/2017 Since the original C.C.case has been disposed off today as withdrawn,this misc case is nonest in the eye of Law and accordingly disposed off.
