Both parties are absent. After several calling nobody appear on behalf of the parties.

On perusal of the record it appears that one petition dt: - 23.04.2018 along with the unusual settlement of agreement between the parties is pending.

The version of the said petition of the complainant wants to withdrawal of the case on the basis of regd. settlement of agreement between parties out of the court /forum.

Hence the said petition of the complainant along with the said agreement between the parties dt:- 05.04.2018 is hereby allowed and the said agreement dt:- 05.04.2018 is the part and parcel of this order.

Under such circumstances discussed above and said fact of this case is hereby disposed off without considering the merit of this case is full and final satisfaction of the complainant. Office is directed to prepare the award on the basis of regd. settlement of agreement dt:- 05.04.2018 and the petition dt:- 23.04.2018.
