*) We booked a room through OYO for the Edition O ***** US Consulate on *th of May where we travelled from Mysore to Chennai with booking ID EAFS****.
*) When we reached the hotel first they said lift is broken and then the credit card machine is not working. We accepted that happily since things can go wrong and we should adjust.
*) They asked us to make payment of **** even without showing us the room. After making an online payment they gave us a room numbered *** while the details in the OYO app was showing room number ***.
*) We went inside the room and it was so unhygienic and smelled like rotten meat, insects and flies were around as well as the bucket they kept inside the bathroom was rusted and you will literally feel like getting infected as soon as you enter the dam room. AC was also not working and all the furniture inside was dirty and broken including the mattress was not in the state of use.
*) In the next * minutes, we contacted the hotel management and they disagreed to make a refund or relocate us to a different.
*) After speaking to OYO customer service team for ** minutes on the phone where they put me through a conference call with hotel management but they were rude enough to disconnect my call without providing a resolution at almost ** in the midnight.
*) We had to book a room in completely different hotel Fortel nearby through Trivago for that night since this left us devastated in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar city. In the last * days, I tried to contact OYO customer service several times where they made a promise that the manager will contact me which did not happen so far.
*) Every time I called OYO customer service they kept disconnecting my calls after putting me on hold for ** minutes or so. Such a bad and disgusting service provided by both OYO and the Edition O hotel in Chennai.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
