Respected Sir/Madam, I have been charged additionally by vodafone India and I have requested several times to provide the sufficient details form vodafone, but I haven't received any further response from vodafone. I was charged ****.** rupees as my monthly bill for the month of September (Bill period from **th August **** to **th September ****). The break down of charges are as below Adjustments - *** rupees Monthly Charges - *** rupees Usage Charges - ** rupees Other credits/charges (late payment fee) - *** Tax - **.** I have no clue why I have charged additional *** rupees (*** rupees for adjustments+*** rupees for late payment fee) to my mobile number?
*. I have payed August month's bill (***.** rupees) on *st September **** which is before the due date (**th September ****) but vodafone have charged my additional *** rupees as late payment fee.
*. Also, I was charged additional *** rupees as adjustments fee and no clue why I have been charged *** rupees to my bill.
Please provide the justice and kindly let me know if anything.
