Dell India Private Limited - Delay of Post Sale Service

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Rohit Langeh, and I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with a post-sale service of the laptop that I purchased on the **th of November from Dell company. Just after three days of my purchase, it started showing the technical problem, for which I visited the retailer also but couldn’t get the desired result.
Whereas, after a month, in mid-January ****, its conditions deteriorated more, and in the last week of January, it stopped charging completely. Therefore, I have registered a complaint on *rd February **** and my complaint number is *********/ Service Tag (**C****). After interacting with the Dell Executive, it was diagnosed that there is a need for replacement of the parts.
Whereas, during the complaint, I have been instructed that it will be rectified in a couple of days. However, they failed to send the executive on the pretext that, parts are not available even when the model is on sale. Further, I have been following up with the Dell Service centre regularly but all the time, I get the same reply that we can't do anything as parts are not available as of now and this may take some more time to get it arranged.
Whereas, after numerous calls and follow-ups, they sent the engineer after ** days. He diagnosed that motherboard is damaged and need to be replaced. I again contacted the service provider, they again after numerous calls decided on system replacement.
Whereas, they in their replacement conditions again asking me for more minimum of ** days to do replacement despite that the models are in the sale, with no spare system to me for work, and other conditions which are totally unjustified to me in fact to anyone who has shell its hard-earned money.
Whereas recently, I contacted again with their escalation team member, his response is very cold, it seems that they are not in the mood for resolving the issue and nor providing me with the refund and bluntly saying go complaint anywhere, we will see.
Whereas, neither they are issuing a refund, neither they are replacing laptop hand to hand despite knowing that this caused me enough loss which surpassed the unit cost of the Laptop, neither they are compensating for my losses, and neither they are in any mood for resolution.
Sir/Madam, you all are aware in the time of COVID-**, most of us were having pay cuts, despite this, I saved pennies for a long time to purchase this new laptop. Due to this faulty system and lethargic attitude of Dell India, I incurred a lot of damages, I had my salary cut due to non-availability of the system, my online classes disrupted, I was not able to submit my assignments, and even not able to sit in the interviews, and the mental harassment that I am going through is unbearable.
Sir/Madam, I solicit you to please look into the case on an urgent basis. I already wasted a lot of my time and money. I believe in the law of land, the Consumer Protection Act ****. Please do the needful to provide me with fair redressal of my issue and compensation thereof.
They are not respecting the laws and don’t care about the law of land, as said by their executive, go file complaint, hence, it is high time to tell those blood-sucking corporates the ethical and moral corporate behavior.
P.S: I have all the proofs to prove my points in the form of written and oral communications (including emails, Twitter messages, and call recordings.)
