I purchased boat headphone from flipkart in july **** after using ** days it's speakers gets out of order so I raised for replacement in warranty period .
I sent my boat headphone to boat service center, they told me that a replaced product will be given to me within ** days now its more than ** days but my product is not given to me. I have mailed them many times and but they never replied me .
I tried to contact to their customer service center and they always told me that my product will be dispatched within * days and they would contact me or mail me . but they neither called me or mailed me regarding my concern. now yesterday they mailed me that they are dispatching a different product for me and they are telling me that I gave permission to them to dispatch a different product to me but it's a total lie.
They never talked me regarding a different product and only mailed me if I want a different product and I mailed them more than * times that I don't want any different model, I want my complete money back because at the purchasing time they did not mention that if the product is out of order then the company will replace the original product with any cheaper product , If they have mentioned that thing , then I have never purchased that product .
I have mailed them more than * times that I don't want and different product in replacement I want the same model that I have ordered and I don't want any cheaper product which has less features product than that product for which I have ordered
I purchased boat rockerz *** which has playback time of ** hours and they are sending me boat rockerz *** pro which has playback time only * hours . also I paid for a product which has total charging time of ** mins only and they are sending product which is need to be charged for more than * and half hours .
So I have spent and paid money for a good product and they are replacing my premium product with a cheaper product with less features.
This is a clear cheating with a customer
I have told them many times that if they do not have the same product which I have ordered than just refund my total money , but they are not refunding my money and instead of that giving me a cheaper and less featured obsolete product
I have all the necessary original documents and I have also those mails which I have sent them but they never replied me
I have saved these all things for legal proof.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
