- Bharat Fiber Internet service not restored Open
Hello, my name is Saliq Javaid due to the poor BSNL broadband service I was convinced to take Bharat Fiber. I applied for the bharat fiber connection, provided all the necessary documents & filled up the form. After few days I was BSNL authorities provided me a connection under the Number *********** & customer id: **********. On the evening of **/**/**** my number was activated & I was enjoying the internet service till the morning of **/**/**** untill it was barred for unknown reasons by the authorities. I raised my concern with the department & they assured me to restore my connection as soon as possible, but all the hopes provided by the authorities provided to be false in nature as no step taken in favour of my internet restoration concern. After breaking into arguments with the BSNL personnel I finally registered my complaint on the BSNL self care portal hoping that here the issue might get resolved but it has been * days and the issue still persists. I am a student and I need high speed internet access to attend my online classes which are provided by my college as it was locked down due to pandemic. But due to absense of Bharat Fiber Internet my studies have been jeopardized & my academic career is on stake which has stimulated mental stress in me. I have been frustrated by the pathetic BSNl sevices & personel as they are not taking my concern seriously whether it be through online or offline method. Now I'm posting my concern on voxya hoping that my issue will get resolved ASAP & I shall live in peace
