Westside - I didnt get my refund

I ordered ETA Charcoal Slim Fit Chinos - Grey / ** for *** on **th April. They have send it through Delhivery , but there delivery boy didn’t deliver the product but marked it as delivery on **th April.
From that day I been complaining on WestSide as well as Delhivery on both their web pages that saying I haven’t received the product.
Delhivery was adamant even after proving their delivery boy has kept the product for * days and got back with the product after * days saying I delivered it to the wrong address and he brought back with them after * days which is clearly lie on the face and worst part product seal is tampered. So, I clearly said that I don’t need it so they went back with the product and marked it as delivered which I didn’t even take it.
I been talking to Westside customer service on the emails from the date of delivered as marked initially they said they going to refund my money back and now after a few chats they are not responding back to the emails.
I want my refund back.
