Indiabulls - delaying the refund of the cancelled flat by builder and distributor

I purchased a flat in project Ivy Greens whose builder is Vedic Realty Pvt. Ltd. with office at */*B Upper Wood Street, Kolkata *** *** and marketed by M/s. Indiabulls Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd with its office at ** Park Street, Apeejay House, Kolkata ******, project address at Shikharpur, P.O. - Baku, P.S. Rajarhat, Kolkata - *** *** in June-**** and delivery date was after ** months with grace period ** months.

However, it is almost * years and till date not considerable development has taken place apart from few incomplete blocks. Please note neither Indiabulls Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. nor Vedic Realty Pvt. Ltd. has issued any concern and / or statement on the delay in delivery of the said project.
So finally I decided to cancel my unit. I sent request for cancellation on **-Nov-**** and I receive acknowledgement for the same.

But after that it is more than * months and after sending multiple emails and calls I am not getting a response or any confirmation or any update from either Vedic or Indiabulls for my refund. They are intentionally delaying the matter.
This has parted us with our families mental peace and has caused us huge financial losses.

I contacted Indiabulls Customer service and mail to wealthmanagement@indiabulls.com but they are also not responding properly.
This has parted us with our families mental peace and has caused us huge financial losses.

Please take this matter into your consideration and help me for refund asap.
