Powermax Fitness India Private Limited - Delay in service

I purchased Powermax threadmill from Amazon. Received damaged producr so i filed service request in powermax portal. After making many calls and mails they sent damaged piece and technician to my location to replace. but after inspecting the product the technician told product cannot be repaired. Then Rahul (powermax employee) agreed to replace the product but after couple of days he said company is not allowing to replace the product they can only repair the product. But till today **-**-**** company did not repair or replace the product they are just delaying the process. i raised the service request *-*-****, * months there is no solution from the company.
