Ola Cabs - Consumer Forum Complaint against OLA cabs Safety Negligence Of Passenger

Dear Sir,

I want to report a Series complaint against OLA cabs due to Negligence and ill-mannered behavior of not taking any liability of passenger safety.



On **nd March ** at **.** am I booked an OLA Cab from Mumbai Airport to Kalyan( my home ). After my long hopping flight from Trivandrum & I was completely tired, thus I slept at the back seat. At around *.**am Cab met with an accident in the middle of Mumbai Nashik highway. Due to a sudden Collision I tumbled towards the front seat and had minor head bruises during that accident. After the accident both my cab driver and the other driver were fighting in the middle of the Road. Incident took place at was on Highway and late night, as a concern Citizen I thought I was my duty to inform OLA on this situation , thus in OLA app I selected safety option in my Current ride and hit on “Met with an accident “ option. But there was no response from the Ola team nor any alternate cab was provided to me that time. I request my ola Driver to resolve the issue and at least drop me at home. But he declined. I tried to book other rides as well but rides booked and getting cancelled by drivers ( refer snap shots attached ). I believe it was totally irresponsible behaviour by Ola cabs not to help their customer during an accident situation.



After much request by me to both the drivers they agreed to drop me at home . around *.** am I reached back home. I have lost almost **-** mins of my night time in the middle of the highway with no support. Neither ola team responded to rescue me from the situation. After * days of raising a complaint on **th March ** , Ola team called but they just have to say sorry on the same. As a global Organisation running a service industry , it was a total ill-mannered behaviour handling customer issues and no Safety offered by Ola Team. Neither they offered any compensation against the problems faced by me during the Ride.



Thus I would request to take serious action against the Ola team on my case and request best compensation against my case.
