Flipkart - Realme Diamond Black 32 GB Software issue with product

OD****************** was placed on *st August and delivered on *rd August on *th August i had mailed to flipkart CEO that i had received damaged product and i want replacement technician visit was schedule and technician and approved the product is faulty and inform to raise the request as mobile microphone is fault so reraised the request and assurance was given by flipkart CS team i will get new product now replacement has been marked as cancelled multiple mail has been send but not a single call received from their end.
