Its been * months since I booked a flight from Vishakhpatnam to Hyderabad. Because of Climate issue, Airline people itself cancelled the ticket. I have called up customer care and also raised a refund request. we called up the respective airline and they have initiated the refund. Until today, multiple calls were made but I did not get single penny refund form this HappyEasy Go, None of the customer executives were responding in a proper way.
