I have bluetooth disconnecting issue and one eurbuds muting issue with my realme Air * earbuds. I approached * realme authorised service centres in Chennai. They denied service as they only deal with mobile phones and they don't support mobile accessories. I contacted realme grievance office and he gave a link to access service centres for earbuds in Chennai. I went to Myva mobiles in Tambaram West, Chennai. It's a multi brand service centre which is an authorised service cente of realme. They treat customers badly in terms of their body language and wait time. They dont give job sheet. First time, they updated the software abd returned after a week. The issue was not fixed. During my second visit, they made me wait for an hour and said they have replaced the earbuds alone instead of the whole unit. They said realme has asked to replace like that. When I contacted the Grievance officer(Mr.Kalinga), he keeps asking for job sheet id and other irrelevant questions. I have explained the issue multiple times but he keeps asking the same question. I don't understand how people work as Grievance Officer without any empathy and comprehension skills. The earbuds is just * months old. The service centre didn't give a job sheet nor they got any signature to acknowledge that they have replaced the buds alone for the warranty claim. They didn't unbox or unwrap the replacement earbuds in my presence. I doubt whether they have given the same earbuds or some other refurbished buds. The problem still exists.
